You read that right. What are we feeding our kids? What are we adults even eating really?

Um, gross. I’m pretty sure that knowing this has ruined my desire to ever eat a fast food hamburger again. Well, not really after all grew up on them!

Which rank the unhealthiest? Dairy Queen’s regular-sized fries have more than 700 calories, Ar by’s curly fries have more than 600 calories and McDonald’s have 570 calories.  I love the Manager’s special, Now if you only knew that is a half pound burger even. Yumm

Say what? We thought milkshakes were just milk and cream. A Wendy’s Frosty, though, contains multiple “thickening agents” to spruce it up.

But wait… we thought we were ordering a salad. Think again — the fat grams in this specific salad are higher than the fat grams in five regular tacos combined. So, no more salads, back to those burgers.

What?! The facts keep getting scarier! Studies show that 48 percent of fountain drink dispensers have traces of fecal bacteria on them. How is this even possible?

Proportionately, hash browns contain more fat and calories than a cheeseburger or even a Big Mac. Think twice before ordering one for breakfast!   I always give these to my dog or other family members, they taste funny to me. Hmm more chemicals or less?

The strawberry flavoring is what contains the chemicals — some of which are even used in perfumes. We highly recommend making your own milkshakes at home. They’re chemical-free and contain just two ingredients — milk and ice cream.

Even though we know how bad fast food is for us, we still continue to choose to eat it time and time again. Why? Well, it’s easy, it’s convenient and it really doesn’t taste all that bad. Sometimes, after a long day’s work, the last thing we want to do is cook dinner. We challenge you, though, to give up fast food for one month. We guarantee you’ll feel better (and maybe even drop a few pounds!).

Message is: No matter what you eat today, you’ll never know the real truth as to what your really eating. For that matter even drinking today!
