One of the most laudable movements in America today is the group known as “Oath Keepers”. (Visit the “Oath Keepers” website.)

The Oath Keepers represent the very best in American law enforcement (as well as the U.S. military … but that’s another story). The police of Oath Keepers are the “Good Cops”, the truly Good Cops.

These loyal men and women have publicly re-declared that they will keep their oath to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies “foreign and domestic”. To them, this solemn promise is a sacred honor, not just some patriotic homily. This means they have sworn to obey the Second Amendment.

Sadly, if there are “Good Cops” then there are also some “Bad Cops”. Fortunately for us, the Good Cops outnumber the Bad Cops by at least twenty to one. This is an imprecise estimate, but candid (and very private) discussions with police officers seem to support the reality that, at the most, five percent of cops nationwide are “dirty”.

What makes a Bad Cop? Two things leap right out front in the personality profile of a Bad Cop: Arrogance and Authoritarianism. (See the absolutely classic JPFO essay by Gus Cotey)

A bad cop relishes the slap of the pistol against his or her leg (fair enough). However, at the same time, the Bad Cop feeds his or her ego upon the glances of fear, or the glances of respect, from an unarmed citizenry.

These Bad Cops secretly lust to openly lord over the rest of us. They are Storm Troopers in waiting. Bottom line: They want all the rest of us disarmed.

You can tell a Bad Cop by asking them one simple question: “Are you for ‘gun control’?” Listen to their answer carefully. Be very aware of the words “reasonable” or “sensible” in reference to citizen disarmament. Back in Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia, these were the types who took quite well to the trench coats, pompous caps, and knee high jack boots … and ended up “just following orders”.

Some of the Bad Cops, especially if they are in the law enforcement command hierarchy, have always been arrogant elitists. These power addicts are often the “top cops” that you find parading up on the stage to call for more “gun control” whenever there is a high profile shooting.

I’m not going to mince words: These men and women are dangerous, treasonous vermin. They took an oath to defend the Constitution, and they now desecrate that oath with every breath they take. Sheriff Dupnik of Arizona is a blatant, slithering example. Take a look at his comment in a recent interview.

Be aware of the police around you. If you have a cop living on your street, you must know upon which side of the fence he or she sits. It’s time to point blank (can I say that, Sheriff Dupnik?) ask him or her what his or her views on “gun control” actually are.

If a retired cop lives on your street? Find out the same thing. A very small percentage of retired cops harbor a deep anger, a passive aggressive, manipulative side. They are now disarmed. They are now just like the rest of us. This truly irks the authoritarian passive aggressive mentality.

Litmus test for retired cops: The closet authoritarian type will also mention “reasonable gun control” and “sensible gun control”. They will never acknowledge “shall not be infringed” (which was a key part of their oath). They’ll always have a “yes… but” right at hand.

Beware of this kind. At their core they are smiling back stabbers. They’ll say “times have changed” or “it’s a new world” or they’ll preface things with “realistically speaking”.

Neighborhood snitches and “knock on the door in the middle of the night” goon squads are often recruited from this disenchanted population pool.

As for the Good Cops, the ninety five percent of law enforcement? Embrace them emphatically. Thank them for their service. Let them know that you have their backs. Again, I believe Bad Cops make up, at the most, only about five percent of law enforcement here. But that five percent could become very dangerous to our freedom some day. Find out who they are. Know who they are. Let your friends and neighbors know who they are.

So they say the end of the world be at 6pm Arkansas time. So, that means California will be gone before us at 4pm? Hmm doesn’t make since to figure thta way now does it? After all it has to end at exactly the same time all over the world. So, that means then if 6pm here, it will be 4pm there in Oakland where this 89 year old preacher lives. Then maybe at his age it is the end for him?  But, if reading this then were either in a different world or the same one depending on who you are. Following is a brief run down on the so called obstruction that took place last year in December 2010. Yes, it does take a very long time to fight and get justice in America now days. But, that is why so many people get so upset with the so called system. What next everyone asks? I will do as the justice system and sit back and think about it. This bad cop as everyone wishes I would stop saying has resigned. But, did so with the brief understanding by the office of the attorney to continue this into a court of law. If I would have had a judge that were for law enforcement as most are across the USA then this bad cop would have his job back, no questions asked. Now, as I said the video was the only thing I was going on. No speech or anything. In fact someone that rents a room from me was to convict me by siding with Dana Winn, and that person was Ricky Niebuhr and he told the truth and it hurt this bad cop. Other witness they called into the office wasn’t even placed on the stand after Ricky Niebuhr. The judge watched monly the first half of the video and said he had seen enough already. I was a bit concerned as I wanted the judge to see how nasty and threatening this bad cop Dana Winn really got especially when I would not address him other than Sir. But, the judge did ask both attorneys if they would accept him as the judge stated he did see and hear about this case and he reframed from reading or listening to the news. Both lawyers as well as I agreed that this was an honest judge. He did say that he took the oath to serve the laws of the people and for the people of Arkansas. Been years since I heard a real man of honor say he believed in his oath as taken and really showed it. After all I also took an oath at the age of nineteen and as such to this day I live that oath as the judge stated. I know world war two vets, as well as Viet Nam vets have always kept this oath to this day. But, to hear a man that has the power to judge to say he firmly believed in the Oath to the Constitutional laws of the State of Arkansas and the people of Arkansas made me so proud just to hear it stated to all in that court room. Remember your oath should never ever be given unless it is going to be a lifetime commitment. If you can’t keep it for the life or till the day you die, you best never ever swear your oath in any matter that will take in more people then yourself!

Arkansas man secretly recorded his arrest with a pair of shades. He was charged with obstructing justice. Friday, he was acquitted.  John Lewis says this video he secretly recorded is the only thing that kept him from a misdemeanor charge and possibly jail. It shows Benton County Deputy Dana Winn at Lewis’ house attempting to serve a warrant for a man who used to live there. After questioning, deputy Winn arrested Lewis, and charged him with obstructing governmental operations. But Friday the Rogers District Court found him not guilty.  “If I didn’t have the video for proof who would believe me,” Lewis says. “Because officers are held above so called citizens.”  Lewis still has the shades he used to record the video, but he’s not planning to use them again, saying he still has faith in law enforcement.  “The majority of police officers are good,” Lewis says. “There’s only a handful that make all the good ones bad and as long as they get rid of the bad ones.” The Benton County Sheriffs’ department began an investigation shortly after Deputy Winn came here to Lewis house. But no action was taken against Winn, and weeks after the incident, he resigned.  Lewis believes after his experience, deputy Winn’s resignation was appropriate.  “Oh definitely it did need to happen,” Lewis says. “Because what did I do? I was sitting out here in my chair.”  Moments recorded on camera, shedding light on what would have gone unseen. District Judge Brad Karren says Lewis’ action did not meet the standards to prove obstruction.
